At The CaliCo Farmstead, we strive to make on-line shipping a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Buying on-line can be tricky without having seen the actual product or trying it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges, based on a few terms and conditions listed below.
Flannel Shirts: Flannel shirts are gently worn or considered nearly new and are SOLD "as is" They are re-purposed and re-designed; any imperfections are a part of the shirts character. Flannel Shirt designs are made to be one of a kind, which includes color and size. Special orders are not available
Care and washing instructions are provided with each purchase and should be followed to maintain the integrity of the shirt.
30 Day Refund Policy:
Flannel Shirts may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Customers will be issued a refund for the cost of the merchandise and the sales tax associated with the transaction to the original form of payment. Shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded on returns made on-line.
Acceptable Refunds:
Incorrect size- Unworn & Unwashed
​​Unworn and unwashed Graphic Tee's may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
​Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange and are not subject to price adjustment.​

Returns:
Our returns take up to 10-14 business days to process after we receive the item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to post your account depending on your bank or financial institution.

We do not provide exchanges for Flannel Shirts.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
